I used Broderbund Family Tree Maker to build a Thurber family tree. Originally. Family Tree Maker users could create and edit a User Home Page with a Book Section.

Currently, Family Tree Maker homepages are in a read-only format. Since I can no longer make corrections to the data posted there, I have deleted my Family Tree Maker User Home Page. All three documents from the book section are available upon request. They are:
